Joseph Anthony B.“Message of Love”

The Portuguese origins of singer-songwriter Joseph Anthony B. are particularly obvious on his first and new album "Message of Love".
His music reminds us of the rhythms of the world in quite lyric themes – love – expressed on different beats: pop, soft rock and reggae. Most of the tracks on the album are in Portuguese and in English; two titles are in French. It has a total of ten tracks: all original songs written by the artist and one traditional Portuguese song.
The colours of his melodies, arrangements, harmonies and instrumentation – guitar, bass, keyboards, saxophone and flute – are all put at the service of the voice. The general artistic statement which prevails is one of a musician with Latin roots mixed with a typical North-American treatment.
